**About Womenful Voice**

Womenful Voice is a non-profit organization based in Colorado, dedicated to empowering women and young girls in Haiti. We aim to create sustainable change through education, advocacy, and community engagement.

Womenful Voice is seeking a dedicated Project Director to oversee and manage all of our projects, ensuring they align with our mission and are executed effectively. This leadership role will involve strategic planning, team coordination, and hands-on management to drive the success of our programs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for social impact, strong organizational abilities, and experience in project management, particularly within the non-profit sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

- Develop and implement project strategies, objectives, and timelines focused on measurable outcomes and sustainable impact.

- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules while overseeing financial reports, grant management, and donor relations.

- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective communication throughout all project phases.

- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of project staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project goals are met.

- Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team and board of directors, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven analysis.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, external regulations, and donor requirements, maintaining high standards of accountability and transparency.

- Innovate and adapt project approaches based on emerging trends, community needs, and feedback, keeping Womenful Voice at the forefront of empowering women and girls in Haiti.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, International Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Proven experience in leading and managing diverse teams, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Passion for women’s empowerment, social justice, and a profound commitment to the mission of Womenful Voice.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with experience in data analysis, impact measurement, and reporting.
