Are you passionate about creating real, lasting change in the lives of women working toward self-sufficiency? Do you believe in the power of financial literacy, trauma-informed care, and access to opportunity?
Pave Your Path (PYP) is seeking a committed and values-aligned individual to join our Board of Directors.
We are a nonprofit organization based in Attleboro, MA, empowering women living on low or no income through digital literacy training, financial wellness programming, career readiness support, and trauma-sensitive wellness services.
We welcome board candidates with diverse lived and professional experience. We are especially seeking individuals with skills in:
Fundraising and donor engagement
Nonprofit finance or legal expertise
As a board member, you will be expected to:
✔ Attend quarterly board meetings (remote or in-person)
✔ Serve as a trusted thought partner and ambassador for PYP
✔ Make an annual personal financial contribution at a meaningful level
✔ Use your networks and influence to help raise funds in support of our mission
Whether you're a seasoned nonprofit leader or an emerging changemaker, your time and voice can help women build brighter, more stable futures.

Mission Statement
Pave Your Path, Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering low-income women to become economically and emotionally self-sufficient through 1-1 coaching and workshops ranging from financial wellness to mindfulness.
Description
At PYP, it is our belief that we need more than just compassion to help alleviate poverty. We must fully understand the challenges and address them with meaningful and relevant solutions. Our trauma-sensitive approach takes into account the holistic growth of each person, with equal importance put on earning a living wage and reducing the daily suffering caused by chronic stress. We offer mentoring/accountability partners and workshops free of charge to our program participants, and rely on a strong team of committed volunteers.
