HR Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR Director.

Location

Remote (candidates can be based anywhere globally)

Position Type

Volunteer, 5-10 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities

Volunteer Recruitment Support

• Help maintain applicant documentation and files

Training Coordination

• Track completion of required volunteer trainings
• Follow up with volunteers who haven't completed training requirements

Administrative Support

• Create and maintain personnel files for volunteers
• Assist with data entry and document management
• Support the HR Director with calendar management and scheduling

Volunteer Recognition

• Create certificates of appreciation for volunteers
• Help gather testimonials and success stories from volunteers
• Support post-deployment survey distribution and collection

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant field
• 1-2 years of previous HR experience or education
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic proficiency with standard office software (spreadsheets, word processing)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
