Volunteers are needed to help the museum get Community Day ready.
Join us Thursday July 24th from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at the museum and help us cut, glue and prep materials for National Day of the Cowboy.
Light snacks and refreshments to keep us all going.
Cool, indoor, relaxed comfy environment and great company.
Please park in River Bend Garage to receive parking validation.

Through the preservation of the art, history, and culture of the American West, the Briscoe Western Art Museum inspires and educates the public with engaging exhibitions, educational programs, and public events reflective of the region's rich traditions and shared heritage.
Description
The Briscoe Western Art Museum showcases historic and contemporary art and artifacts that highlight the American West. The Museum is housed in San Antonio's 1930's central library building, beautifully restored to its original glory. Vaquero, American Indian, and Cowboy narratives come to life through painting sculpture, photography, and exquisitely crafted artifacts.
