As an Aromatherapy & Hand Massage Assistant, you'll play a vital role in bringing calm and connection to individuals who may be facing illness, isolation, or stress. Your presence and care can make a profound difference.

• Offer gentle, respectful hand massages to clients/residents in a calm and soothing manner.

• Assist in the preparation and application of essential oils, following safety protocols and personal preferences.

• Create a serene, welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and dignity.

• Engage in compassionate conversation or quiet companionship as appropriate.

• Work under the guidance of staff to ensure comfort and appropriateness of services for each individual.

• A caring and empathetic nature with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Comfort with touch and a strong sense of personal and professional boundaries.

• Interest or experience in aromatherapy, massage therapy, or holistic care (training can be provided).

• Dependable, discreet, and sensitive to the emotional and physical needs of others.
