Project: We are looking for volunteers for our 2025 Greater Nashville Walk at GEODIS Park. We will need assistance setting up the festival area and help on the route. Volunteers will cheer on walkers along the route, hand out water during the walk, run the activation tables during the festival time, and help with breakdown of the event once it’s over.

Attire: Workout clothes or whatever you’d feel comfortable in. You will be on your feet and outside for the entire event.

3 Shifts

  • Fri Sep 19, 2025 - 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM EST - Spots available: 9
    This is a set-up shift. Tasks include unloading U-Haul and setting up festival area.
  • Sat Sep 20, 2025 - 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM EST - Spots available: 10+
    This will be set-up in the morning, then assisting with activation tables during the festival time.
  • Sat Sep 20, 2025 - 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST - Spots available: 10+
    This will be setting up the route with signs and breaking down the event.
