ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - National Headquarters

Join our team as a Board Game Designer!

The Board Game Designer will create interactive tabletop games and simulations that support learning and collaboration across American Red Cross teams. This role brings complex concepts ike resilience, teamwork, and emergency response to life through engaging, hands-on experiences that help people learn by doing. Time Commitment is 5-10 hours per week, flexible to the volunteer's schedule.

Qualifications include - 3+ years experience in game design, instructional design, training simulation, or applied learning environments, Strong experience designing tabletop or role-play-based learning experiences, Ability to rapidly prototype and test low-fi games with learners, submission of a resume. Willingness to comply with current public health and American Red Cross policies.

Preferred - Work sample of previous game design and Experience in human-centered design, creative facilitation, or experiential learning design.
