Rainbow City Performing Arts (RCPA) believes in the power of the arts to transform lives, strengthen communities, and amplify voices that deserve to be heard. Behind our vibrant performances is the crucial work of securing the resources to make it all possible. Our Grant Committee leads this charge, blending the art of storytelling with strategic fundraising to ensure the growth and sustainability of our mission.

If you have a passion for crafting compelling narratives, an eye for detail, and a desire to champion LGBTQIA+ initiatives, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.
