Volunteer Administrator (U.S.-Based)
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Volunteer Administrator to support Arts4Schools. This role is crucial in maintaining our operations and ensuring smooth communication with schools and partners as we expand into the DC area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize digital files and spreadsheets using Google Workspace.
- Communicate effectively with schools, partners, and team members over the phone and via email.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and paperwork are up-to-date and compliant, particularly for DC operations.
- Track and update contact information, schedules, and action plans.
- Help maintain financial records and ensure bills are paid on time.
Qualifications:
- Must be U.S.-based with excellent English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting.
- Commitment to supporting Arts4Schools’ mission and goals.
