Volunteers are needed to support an event in a reading & produce garden featuring a Little Free Library.
Join the Foundation 4 Future Foodies on June 18th for the first in our 3-part summer series at the Butterfly Reading Produce Garden! This special evening features a hands-on Learn Shop led by the Food Warriors and inspiring read-a-louds by youth and young adult authors, followed by a Q&A session. Bring the whole family-children must be accompanied by an adult. Light refreshments will be served. Don’t miss this fun and enriching garden gathering!
Volunteers will assist with checking in attendees using a sign-in sheet, and facilitating snack distribution.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to be a catalyst for building community, inspiring readers, and expanding book access for all through a global network of volunteer-led Little Free Library book-exchange boxes.
Description
Distributing books to Little Free Libraries in the LA area. Coordinating book drives for Little Free Libraries. Helping us to update our Little Free Library map in the greater LA area. While our nonprofit is based in St. Paul, Little Free Libraries are in all 50 states, and there are hundreds of Little Free Libraries in the Los Angeles area. (I listed an LA zip code where there are several Little Free Libraries; we were unable to submit the form with the correct zip code of our office in St. Paul.)
