The Education Partnership
Practical Solutions - One Classroom at a Time

At The Education Partnership, we have three programs that help us in our mission of giving school supplies to students and teachers in under-resourced schools at no extra cost. One of those programs is the Teacher Resource Center, where teachers come into the building and "shop" for the supplies they need. During this activity, we need volunteers help check-in teachers as they arrive, hand out CORE boxes, help teachers to their vehicles, open boxes as inventory depletes, and help teachers find the things they need.

At The Education Partnership, we are dedicated to addressing educational inequities by providing access to the tools and resources necessary to support teachers and enhance students' ability to learn and succeed.

Description

  • The Education Partnership’s approach to addressing educational inequities is pragmatic and results-driven, as best exemplified by the organization’s core program- providing school and classroom supplies at no charge to schools where at least 70% of the student body qualifies for the National School Lunch Program.

The organization is able to deliver a 3:1 return on every dollar given due largely to their ability to leverage expertise in the area of in-kind giving complemented by a dedication to minimizing administrative and operational expense.
