Are you a motivated college student or recent graduate with strong communication and organizational skills? Arts In CT/Arts4Schools a dynamic nonprofit arts organization, is seeking a part-time Outreach & Administrative Assistant to help us build partnerships with schools, after-school programs, and summer camps across Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and email school principals, after-school coordinators, and summer program directors
- Clearly communicate the mission and services of Arts In CT
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings with potential partners
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with contacts, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Research new outreach opportunities throughout Connecticut
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Based in the U.S. with excellent, clear spoken and written English communication
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Zoom,Constant Contact and email tools
- Passionate about the arts, education, and community engagement
Stipend: A modest stipend will be provided for this role. Due to funding this is an American opportunity only.
