Women Empowering Women Inc. is seeking a passionate and engaging volunteer facilitator to lead a hybrid professional development masterclass titled:
"Empowering Your Voice: Public Speaking, Negotiation, and Self-Advocacy for Bold Confidence"
Speak with Power. Negotiate with Purpose. Advocate for You.
This impactful session will be delivered in-person at the West Pearland Library and streamed for virtual participants. It is part of our Empower Program, which provides women with practical tools to grow personally and professionally.
Workshop Focus Areas:
Overcoming fear and building presence in public speaking
Essentials of negotiation in both personal and professional life
Self-advocacy strategies to speak up and stand firm
Cultivating confidence and clarity in communication
Ideal Facilitator Background:
We are looking for a speaker, coach, or professional with experience in:
Public speaking or communications
Leadership development or executive coaching
Women’s empowerment or personal growth facilitation
HR, negotiation training, or workplace development
