Seeking Safety & Ropes Volunteers for a Once-in-a-Lifetime Adventure! Are you dependable, focused, and up for a physically active challenge? Help make a high-adrenaline fundraising event possible by volunteering behind the scenes with Over the Edge 2025, a one-of-a-kind urban rappelling experience in downtown Manchester! Volunteer Role: Safety & Ropes Team Member Help manage the ropes and assist professional rappelling staff as participants rappel down a 24-story building! No prior experience necessary - full training is provided. Event Day: Tuesday, June 24, 2025 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (or later) - meals, breaks, and snacks provided! Mandatory Training: Monday, June 23, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Bonus: Volunteers have the opportunity to rappel for free after their shift! Why Volunteer? This United Way-sponsored event supports 25 nonprofit organizations from across New Hampshire. Each participant raises money for their favorite cause - and together, we raise nearly $200,000 annually for vital programs across the state.
