Project Description:

Lamp Educational and Charitable Trust is a grassroots NGO working to uplift underserved communities through education, mentorship, and sustainable development initiatives. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Creator and Technician who can support our NGO by setting up and managing Salesforce for various functions like form creation, marketing automation, HR, inventory, and more. The volunteer will also train our team and help integrate Salesforce solutions into our day-to-day operations.

Purpose:

To streamline and professionalize the operational, administrative, and outreach functions of the NGO through effective Salesforce implementation. This will enhance our internal productivity, donor engagement, volunteer coordination, and data management across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, create, and manage Salesforce forms, workflows, and dashboards for different departments (HR, Marketing, Inventory, etc.).
2. Train staff and volunteers on how to use Salesforce tools for operations, fundraising, and outreach.
3. Provide ongoing technical support and improvements to ensure Salesforce is effectively aligned with the NGO’s evolving needs.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Experience in Salesforce administration, setup, and customization (basic to intermediate level).
2. Strong communication and training skills to support non-technical users in adopting Salesforce tools.
