Manage the process for monthly zoom Docent Talks. Anothe r volunteer schedules the art talks with various museums, free lance docents, and the Coordinator is takes the responsibility from there - creating the marketing assets, calendaring the program, adding the event to the FAL Facebook page, scheduling the webinar and if necessary training the docent, running the webinar, sending comments to the docent and if allowed downloading the recording for addition to YouTube.

Description
Founded in 1974, Friends of the Alameda Free Library helps support the library and its programs through volunteer activities and fundraising.
Milestones in the group’s history:
- The opening of a new Main Library in 2006, something the Friends worked toward for many years
- Merger with the Alameda Free Library Foundation in 2016; the Foundation was created in 1998 to raise money for long-term support of Alameda’s libraries
The Friends is a non-profit organization with a volunteer board.
