Your kindness and care will help create a welcoming and supportive experience for those navigating their healthcare journey.

Role: Breast Imaging Patient Escort Volunteer: As a volunteer, you will:

• Escort patients from the lobby to the Breast Imaging area with warmth and professionalism.

• Guide patients to the changing area and provide a robe and cleansing wipe (if they used lotion or deodorant).

• Assist patients with storing their clothes and personal items in a provided locker after changing.

• Inform patients that a technician will assist them shortly and direct them to the waiting area.

• Notify the Breast Imaging technician that the patient is ready.

• Return to the lobby to assist the next patient or complete assigned tasks.

• Note: Flu vaccine required during flu season (October-April).
