Licensed LCSW/LPC
ORGANIZATION: Project S.A.V.E(Survivors Against Violence Efforts)
Please visit the new page to apply.

Project S.A.V.E. (Survivors Against Violence Efforts) is actively building a network of individual, licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about trauma-informed care and committed to supporting survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our therapist repertoire starting as volunteers, and then moving to 1099 independent contractors. This is a partnership opportunity for individual clinicians (not practices or businesses) who want to support healing-centered care in Philadelphia and surrounding communities.
This is ideal for clinicians who:
Are passionate about supporting survivors through affirming, culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy
Are looking to build experience or grow with a purpose-driven organization
Value flexible, independent work aligned with community impact
Current Model:
Therapists may begin by accepting self-pay or sliding-scale clients
Project S.A.V.E. can bill for victim funding once licensure is finalized(in the works)
Once licensure is finalized, we will begin billing insurance for clinical services.
*Bonus if you are an art therapist or music therapist. We will be looking to fill a program director role, supervisor experience is a plus!
We are intentionally building a team of individual clinicians because as Project S.A.V.E. grows, we plan to transition committed practitioners into full-time roles within the organization. This is the start of something sustainable, and deeply needed in our city.
If you're ready to help create equitable access to healing, we'd love to hear from you.
