Legacy Program Specialist (Program Implementation Volunteer)

**About Us:**
The Black Tie Society is a dynamic, Black-led nonprofit dedicated to mentorship, financial literacy, and generational wealth building within minority communities. We host upscale events and community programs that educate, inspire, and empower.
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a passionate and organized **Program Specialist** to help us implement our **Legacy Program**-a flagship initiative designed to equip Black families with the tools and strategies to build and protect generational wealth.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with leadership to execute a structured rollout of the Legacy Program
* Coordinate logistics for workshops, speakers, and community outreach
* Develop educational materials focused on financial literacy, wills & estates, business succession, and more
* Track participant engagement, progress, and program milestones
* Ensure the program reflects the cultural values and strategic vision of The Black Tie Society
* Support grant writing or fundraising tasks related to the program (optional)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Background in nonprofit work, social impact programming, or financial literacy education
* Strong project management or organizational skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Cultural awareness and commitment to the Black community’s advancement
* Passion for legacy, wealth equity, and social justice
**Time Commitment:**
8-10 hours per month for a minimum of 4 months. Flexible schedule.
