Friendly courteous volunteers with great customer service skills needed to greet arriving donors at our blood drives. These are your neighbors and fellow community members who take the time to donate precious, life-saving blood. Greet and thank donors, manage and appointment sheet, and answer basic questions on blood drive times and info.
Vitalant is a non-profit organization providing life-saving services to millions of people across the nation. In Battle Mountain, we host blood drives to help collect much-needed blood. We rely on local volunteers to help make sure the day goes smoothly.

Vitalant (Vye-TAL-ent) is the nation's largest independent, nonprofit blood services provider exclusively focused on providing lifesaving blood and comprehensive transfusion medicine services for about 900 hospitals and their patients across the US. Every day, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,300 blood, platelet and plasma donations to help save lives.
