ISPI is a non-profit professional membership organization. For over 60 years we have provided tools and strategies for effective and universal improvement. We help our members create bigger impact, make greater contributions, and, ultimately, make our world a better place to be. Our members practice human performance improvement in the private, academic, and government sectors as professionals in learning and development, human resources, business process improvement, and many other roles. We are also the premier performance improvement certification (for individuals) and accreditation (for organizations) provider globally.
