About KUTE:
KUTE (Knowledge Unlocked To Everyone) is a nonprofit organization committed to closing the educational resource gap for students across local, national, and international communities. Our newest initiative, KUTE Kits, delivers hand-assembled boxes filled with essential school supplies and personalized items to students in need-because we believe every child deserves the tools to learn, dream, and grow.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and organized Program Director to lead the development and expansion of our KUTE Kits initiative. This is a remote volunteer position ideal for someone who wants to take an active role in creating meaningful, hands-on impact in education equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of KUTE Kit production and distribution

• Develop systems for sourcing supplies, coordinating volunteer build days (in-person and remote), and managing logistics

• Collaborate with community partners, schools, and donation sponsors

• Design and improve the content of kits, including motivational and educational materials

• Manage a team of volunteers and ensure smooth communication between departments

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Creative mindset and passion for educational equity

• Experience with nonprofit programs, logistics, or volunteer coordination is a plus (but not required)

• Able to commit to consistent, remote collaboration with a growing national team

Time Commitment: Flexible

Location: Remote (open to volunteers from any region)
