2025 REMOTE Spanish Translation Volunteer - Pennsylvania

ORGANIZATION: National Park Service

Do you speak and write in fluent Spanish? Are you looking for good resume experience or a remote volunteer opportunity that you can do from the comfort of your home? This might be the right position for you! Remote Spanish Translation volunteers will work with the park to help translate Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area materials from English to Spanish. Hours will vary depending on the project, but per project should require between 1 and 4 hours.


You will:

  • Communicate with park staff to gain an understanding of the specifics of the project.
  • Work with existing documents and/or signage and the project leader to create a corrected, updated version of the document or signage in the Spanish language.
  • Complete a project according to agreed-upon timeline.

Skills needed/preferred:

  • Responsible, punctual, self-starter, quick to learn
  • Follows directions
  • Works well independently to complete project once oriented
  • Able to maintain open lines of communication with project leader
