The Food Bank of Larimer County has a couple urgent opportunities available for new volunteers. We are looking for the following positions to be filled:
Summer Kids' Meal Distibutor
This volunteer role will distribute meals to kids at summer camps on CSU campus. This role is active from May 27th to August 8th and shifts are from 11:30am-12:30pm. There will be a required food safety training on May 22nd. Volunteer must be able to pass background check and have a reliable vehicle. This position is outside during summer tempatures and requires some bending and lifting.
FC Intake Assit Volunteer
This role will assist food bank staff in checking in clients using client software. Staff will train volunteers on software and safety in the warehouse. This is an ongoing role with varying shifts available.

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
