We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for a part-time (approximately 4-5 hours per week) Program Administrative & Participant Engagement Assistant position. This role will involve critical administrative functions such as the systematic tracking of pre- and post-program assessments to monitor participant progress. A key aspect of the position will be proactively identifying participants who are falling behind and implementing strategies to help them catch up. Additionally, the assistant will provide crucial support to Program Managers by assisting with a range of day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient program operations.
