This role involves guiding a project from inception to completion, focusing on fundraising, project coordination, and implementation. We seek dedicated individuals to help secure funding for impactful projects, ensuring their sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising: Research potential donors, develop innovative strategies, and coordinate fundraising events.
  • Project Coordination: Prepare documentation, create activity plans, monitor project implementation, and attend meetings with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work with other volunteers to achieve goals and collaborate with the project team for project implementation after fundraising targets are met.

Who Can Apply?

  • Passionate individuals interested in social impact and community development.
  • Preferred skills include fundraising, marketing, and networking, but not required.
  • Strong communicators and social media-savvy individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to travel to Kenya is preferred but not mandatory.

The Educate and Empower organization primary objective of the Educate and Empower Organization is to facilitate sustainable solutions to community challenges through education, skills development, and empowerment. Specific program areas include.

  • Education Program: The objective of our education program is to provide students with access to high-quality and affordable educational opportunities. Our initiatives include mentorship programs that encourage students to continue their education, covering tuition fees for economically disadvantaged students, and promoting access to essential learning resources.
  • Sustainable Livelihood Program: The aim of the Sustainable Livelihood Program is to empower youth and women by equipping them with the skills and opportunities needed to secure employment or establish their own businesses.

    Advocacy and Rights Program: The goal of the program is to amplify the voices, skills, and participation of communities in advocating for policy and resource priorities related to gender equality, human rights, governance, health, peace, and the environment.
