Looking for volunteers with heart to help us teach tennis to kids with autism in Fairfax, VA!

No tennis experience is necessary! Our goal is to help these children learn socializing skills, fine & gross motor skills, and gain interest in fitness, which means we have a focus on fun.

Volunteers receive a training and are paired with a participant to help them through the motions of the game of tennis through various drills and games. We hope that our volunteers and participants form a bond and friendship over the course of our 5-week program. Volunteers who return each week of the 5-week session will find the most value in our volunteer opportunity and will be able to see the progress the athletes make in our program.

The clinics will take place on Saturdays from 3:00 - 5:00 pm on May 18, June 1, 8, 15, 22

Volunteers will need to register, complete a background check (if 18 or older), and sign up for the dates they can attend. Our Program Manager will send you all of the steps to complete when you share your interest in volunteering.
