As a bereavement support volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that families feel supported and cared for even after the passing of their loved one. Your thoughtful outreach will make a significant impact on their healing journey.

What You'll Do:

· Assist with preparing and mailing bereavement cards and letters

· Make follow-up phone calls to offer emotional support and resources to grieving families

· Help track and maintain records of outreach efforts and family responses

· Provide a compassionate listening ear to families during phone conversations

· Offer information on grief counseling and other support resources available to families
