Description
The 25-year-old, three story building of the Blind Community Center Building needs periotic general cleaning, top to bottom, which includes stairwell sweeping, auditorium deck sweeping, swabbing and polishing. Our commercial kitchen needs a complete cleaning which includes two ovens, a stovetop, cupboards, decks, etc. Our six heads need quarterly deep cleaning and sanitizing. We have outdoor areas which could use sweeping and pressure washing and our bus needs a semi-annual washing, inside and outside. We have a food distribution program for our blind/low vision participants, once a month and we can use help unloading and bagging groceries. We have many member parties on Saturdays, during the year and can use help with serving and cleanup.
