Program Inclusions

• Housing: Shared accommodation with other participants.
  - Food: Three meals per day, featuring local cuisine.
  - Medical Insurance: Coverage for medical emergencies.

• Shared Accommodation: Expect to share a bedroom with 2 to 4 others of the same gender in your group.

  - Bedding Provided: Bedding is provided, but you'll need to bring a towel.

Meals

• Three Meals per Day: Enjoy local cuisine, including traditional dishes such as matooke, beef, chicken, pork, goat, fish, and vegetables.

Packing Essentials

• Clothing: Lightweight, quick-drying clothing, long-sleeved shirts and pants, comfortable walking shoes, sandals or flip-flops, warm layers, and rain gear.

  - Specific Items: Anti-malarial medication, first-aid kit, insect repellent with DEET.
