She Is Kingdom | She Is M.I.S.S. is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of Christian minority girls and empowering them to become the next generation of global leaders.

She Is Kingdom She Is M.I.S.S is a 501(c)(3) philanthropic nonprofit in Chicago with charity status. Our Mission is to cultivate a global network that empowers Christian minority girls (ages 14-18) to thrive through faith-based values, leadership development, community engagement, and philanthropy. We envision minority girls of color transformign the world through their faith as Motivational, Inspirational, Successful, and Spirit-led (M.I.S.S) Kingdom Leaders

As a Board Member, you will:

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the organization.

• Contribute your expertise to help us achieve our mission and vision.

• Advocate for our cause and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Participate in fundraising and resource development efforts.

• Ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability.

As we revamp our organization with a national and global focus, we are looking for individuals in and outside of Chicago with a strong commitment to our mission, a passion for empowering girls ages 14-18, and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Non-profit leadership and governance

• Event planning and management

• Fundraising and development

• Strategic planning

• Financial management

• Community outreach and engagement

• Mentorship and youth development

• Legal Expertise

• Marketing and Communications
