Are you looking to make a meaningful difference in someone's life? Join our compassionate team as a Direct Care Hospice Volunteer and bring comfort, companionship, and dignity to patients in their final stages of life.
Location: East Memphis
2650 Thousand Oaks Blvd, Suite 2400, Memphis, TN 38118
Schedule: Flexible, we work with you!
Commitment: 1-4 hours per week (training provided)
What You'll Do:
- Visit patients in their homes or care facilities
- Offer companionship, read aloud, listen, or just be a calming presence
- Provide respite for caregivers
- Support emotionally and spirtually
What We're Looking For:
- A warm and empathetic presence
- Reliability and compassion
- Must be +18 and able to complete a background check
- Hospice training is provided (no prior medical experience needed)
