Under the supervision of CSPD personnel, volunteers within the Strategic Initiative Section assist with policy and compliance areas by uploading new drafts into policy software, proofreading drafts for formatting, grammar, spelling, typos, and language mechanics, and monitoring active workflows for edits, denials, and assessing timeliness of workflow reviews.
