As a startup nonprofit, we are looking to expand our reach by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and organizations that align with our mission. We need an experienced Partner Development Coordinator to lead this effort, helping us build strategic alliances that elevate our impact and sustainability.
Role Overview
Creshendo is seeking a Partner Development Coordinator to cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, nonprofit organizations, funders, and other stakeholders who can amplify our work. This person will play a key role in identifying collaboration opportunities, initiating conversations, and fostering long-term partnerships that support Creshendo’s growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or nonprofit business development and is comfortable building relationships both in the U.S. and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, outreach, and forging connections that create meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Outreach & Relationship-Building: Identify and engage with potential partners, influencers, and organizations that align with Creshendo’s mission.
Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring sustained engagement and collaboration.
Partnership Development Strategy: Work with leadership to define Creshendo’s collaboration priorities and establish a roadmap for growing external relationships.
Funding & Sponsorship Opportunities: Identify organizations and companies that could support Creshendo through grants, sponsorships, or in-kind donations.
Networking & Representation: Represent Creshendo in virtual events, meetings, and strategic discussions to expand our presence.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Creshendo’s executive team and marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or nonprofit business development.
A strong network or experience engaging with influencers, organizations, and funders in the nonprofit or social impact space.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The ability to create and execute a strategic partnership plan that aligns with Creshendo’s mission.
Experience in U.S. and/or international outreach (preferred).
Availability to dedicate at least 6-10 hours per week.
