The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in practices and games, helping to teach players and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in running drills and managing practices.
- Encourage and mentor players.
- Help with game-day setup and team organization.
- Step in for the Head Coach when needed.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of football.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience working with youth preferred.
