Help Independence Gardens expand its impact by supporting our infrastructure growth and annual events-all from the comfort of your home! As a Virtual Fundraising Volunteer, you’ll assist in planning, promoting, and executing online fundraising campaigns to engage donors and drive support for our mission. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, your contributions will make a real difference!

What You’ll Do:

Develop Fundraising Campaigns - Create compelling donation appeals, emails, and social media content.

Engage Donors - Reach out to supporters, build relationships, and encourage recurring contributions.

Plan Virtual Events - Assist in organizing online auctions, webinars, and giving days.

Boost Outreach - Promote campaigns through social media, trending hashtags, and digital marketing strategies.

Track Donations - Monitor fundraising progress, maintain donor records, and provide campaign insights.

We use GiveButter, PayPal, GoFundMe, and other platforms to power our fundraising efforts. Join us and help grow something meaningful!

Independence Gardens is a parent-led non-profit organization founded in 2012. Our overall mission is to provide every child an actionable, impactful and engaging nutrition education programs. These meaningful and transformative education experience is accomplished by partnering with schools and the community in developing and implementing an edible gardening and experiential nutrition program that is Action based, Playful, Passionate, Leadership focused, and Engaging. Independence Gardens’ programs foster and develop in children life skills such as self-esteem, leadership, decision-making, nutrition, and love of community.
