Help Us Welcome Our Guests!
We’re looking for volunteers on May 15th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM to help guide attendees, assist with guest check-in, and make sure the event goes smoothly. Your efforts will help create a positive experience for all who attend.
What You’ll Do
- Stand at doors to guide attendees and answer questions: Help direct guests to the right areas and answer any questions.
- Help direct guests to the appropriate areas: Assist in guiding attendees to various areas within the event.
- Assist with Guest Check-in: Check in guests and assist with OneCause registration if needed.
- Distribute raffle tickets: Help staff distribute raffle tickets during the event.
- Collect and return nametags: Gather nametags from guests as they leave.
- Thank guests at corridor exit doors: Greet and thank guests as they exit the event.
- Clean up displays and tri-sided info holders: Collect and organize event materials from each table.
- Greet and thank guests as they leave: Ensure guests are thanked as they leave, creating a warm, positive farewell.

Your help with guiding guests and assisting with event tasks will ensure the event runs smoothly and that we can provide a memorable experience to all who attend, making a lasting impact on our community.
Day-of Event Instructions for VolunteersParking:
Volunteers can park at the Tulalip Resort & Casino. Please note that parking is first-come, first-served, so we encourage you to arrive early to secure a spot. There will be designated volunteer parking areas.
Attire:
Please wear upscale business casual attire for the event. Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes. However, we ask that you refrain from wearing sneakers or casual footwear.
Check-In:
Upon arrival, please check in with our Volunteer and Community Engagement Specialist, Caitlin Rose. Caitlin will provide you with your volunteer badge and guide you to your assigned volunteer station. Make sure to sign in when you arrive so we can track your participation.

Housing Hope shall promote and provide affordable housing and tailored services to reduce homelessness and poverty for residents of Snohomish County and Camano Island.
Description
Housing Hope owns and operates 601 affordable units at 24 locations throughout Snohomish County and has helped 328 households attain homeownership through our sweat equity Team HomeBuilding program.
We recognize that it takes a combination of housing and support services to give struggling families opportunities to become self-sufficient. Our programs offer critical support to families at each step of the process.
