We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraising & Development Intern to support our fundraising initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in donor relations, grant research, event planning, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching potential donors, grants, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
• Help manage donor databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Draft donor outreach materials, thank-you letters, and impact reports.
• Assist in grant writing and proposal development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the development team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with donor management software (a plus).
• Passion for nonprofit work and fundraising.
• Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion.
