EmpowHERto is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Partnership Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward by forging strong, strategic partnerships with businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions. You will work closely with the Partnership Manager.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development : Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with EmpowHERto’s mission and objectives. Focus on creating long-term collaborations that amplify our impact and extend our reach.

Outreach and Engagement : Proactively reach out to potential partners through various channels. Craft compelling proposals and presentations to attract and secure new partnerships.

Partnership Management: Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring a smooth, productive relationship. Organize regular check-ins and update meetings to align on goals, initiatives, and progress.

Cross-functional Collaboration : We work closely with internal teams,including Programming, Marketing, and Fundraising, to integrate partner resources and opportunities effectively into our programs and initiatives.

Event and Program Support : Leverage partnerships for event sponsorships, program support, and co-branded initiatives. Coordinate with partners on logistics, marketing, and execution to ensure success.

Requirements:

Passion and Alignment: Strong commitment to EmpowHERto’s mission of empowering and supporting young women. Belief in the transformative power of partnerships.

Communication Excellence : Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to engage and inspire potential and existing partners.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.

Independent Worker: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.

Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Willingness to take on various tasks as needed to support the team and mission.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including CRM platforms, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media channels, to manage relationships and communicate effectively.
