Mission Statement

Mantra Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to promoting mental well-being, preventing suicide, and empowering vulnerable communities--including women and LGBTQIA+ individuals--through advocacy, accessible support services, education, and outreach. Description

Mantra Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and inclusive support for marginalized communities, especially women and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Founded with the vision of making mental health care accessible to all, we believe that emotional well-being is a fundamental right-not a privilege.

Since our inception, we've launched impactful programs such as HopeLine (a 24/7 mental health helpline), MindChat (a peer support platform), Prideful Minds (LGBTQIA+ wellness initiative), and Compassion Classroom (mental health education in schools and colleges). We've worked across communities, campuses, and corporations to break the stigma around mental health through outreach, awareness drives, and support services.

Our goal is to empower individuals to seek help, offer timely support to those in crisis, and cultivate a society that prioritizes compassion, empathy, and mental resilience. Through volunteerism, we amplify our mission-engaging passionate individuals to lead advocacy, deliver support, and expand our reach.
