We’re looking for a volunteer Content Coordinator to help us bring our mission to life through great storytelling and engaging content. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves creating meaningful content, enjoys organizing ideas, and wants to make a real difference-all on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage a content calendar to align with program launches, events, and community highlights;
• Write and edit engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and newsletters that speaks to the immigrant professional experience
• Organize engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and newsletters that speaks to the immigrant professional experience;
• Collect and shape success stories from our participants, volunteers, and partners to showcase impact and inspire others;
• Coordinate content updates across platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with our voice and mission;
• Track content performance (e.g., open rates, engagement, shares) and suggest improvements;
• Help maintain our library of content (images, testimonials, blog posts) for easy use and future campaigns.

What we are looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, writing, or communications;

• Strong writing and editing skills (socials platforms);

• Good with deadlines and keeping things organized;

• A friendly, collaborative attitude;

• Presence in San Francisco or Bay Area is a plus.
