The Groveland Council on Aging is hosting the EngAGEment Celebration and Symposium on Saturday, May 17 at Pentucket Regional Middle-High School-and we’d love your help!

Outdoor Greeters (9:00-10:15 AM)
Welcome guests at the parking lot entrance and main school doors
Help direct attendees and reassure them they’re in the right place
Coordinate golf cart rides (driven by the school custodian) for those who may need a lift from the parking lot to the entrance
Indoor Support (9:00 AM-12:00 PM and or 12:15 PM-3:00 PM )
Help attendees navigate to workshops and resource tables
Support vendors with light setup questions (e.g., where’s the bathroom, where do I check in?)
Assist with refreshments or boxed lunch handout if needed
Community service hours can be signed off for those who need them
Volunteers are welcome to enjoy a free boxed lunch
