Kale yeah, I'll volunteer!

Volunteers are the heart of VegFest! Whether you're helping with set-up, greeting guests, supporting vendors, handing out wristbands, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, your time and energy will help create a welcoming, inspiring event for the whole community. You'll be part of a movement that supports farmed animals, promotes sustainability, and inspires positive change. Tasks will be assigned at the start of your shift--just show up ready to jump in and make a difference!

Santa Cruz Vegfest is a one-day event promoting a plant-based, cruelty-free, sustainable life-style. Vegfest relies on volunteers to make this event a success!

There are a variety of shifts and volunteer projects including; set-up, registration, greeting festival goers, helping with kids' activities, and cleaning-up.

The event is on May 31st at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds

Volunteer shifts start at 9AM and continue all day until 7PM.

Most shifts are 5-hours.

All volunteers get free admission to the festival.
