We’re looking for someone to independently identify and catalogue potential EU funding opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep research, is comfortable working independently, and has some understanding of the European philanthropic landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify at least 20 relevant EU-based foundations, grant-makers, and funding opportunities that align with our mission.
• Build a well-organized, user-friendly spreadsheet of prospects including contact information, focus areas, application timelines, and eligibility criteria.
• Prioritize foundations based on alignment, potential funding size, and strategic fit.
• Communicate regularly with the Executive Director for check-ins, feedback, and alignment.
• Provide strategic recommendations on which funders to prioritize for initial outreach or application.

Qualifications:

• Experience in researching .
• Familiarity with EU funding.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of English or Spanish (for communication purposes)
