About the Role:

Generational Wealth Educators (GWE) is seeking volunteers to serve as Concession Stand Attendants during the upcoming Charlotte FC vs. Chicago Fire match. This opportunity helps raise critical funds to support educational and leadership programs for youth in Charlotte.

ServSafe Certified or Interested in Certification?

• Want to get certified? We’ll pay for your ServSafe certification. It's 100% free for committed volunteers.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

• Taking food and beverage orders

• Operating a register and handling transactions

• Checking IDs (if 18+ or 21+ depending on station)

• Prepping or serving food

• Setup, support, or post-event breakdown

Note: You won’t perform every task listed - roles will be assigned based on event needs and your comfort level.

• Volunteer Arrival: 4: 00 PM

• Check- In Closes: 5: 30 PM

• Gates Open: 6: 00 PM

• Game Kickoff: 7: 30 PM

• Estimated End Time: 9: 00 PM

• Training provided on- site before the event

• Meal provided for all volunteers

• Transportation not provided

• Support a youth- serving nonprofit through a fun, energetic event

• Gain valuable customer service and teamwork experience

• Earn service hours or receive letters of recommendation

• Be part of a mission- driven fundraising team that directly impacts your community
