Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks like filing, organizing records, and data entry
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and offer warm, friendly support to families and staff
  • Help prepare and assemble information packets and supplies
  • Support various office projects that keep our team running smoothly

Ideal Candidate:

  • Organized, dependable, and compassionate
  • Comfortable with basic office equipment and technology
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
  • Sensitive to the needs of those facing end-of-life challenges
