Over the past four decades, we continually adapt to the needs of the communities we serve in the City of Forest Lake; Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties in Minnesota and Polk County in Wisconsin.
Family Pathways’ support services include:
- food access to healthy foodfor families and individuals in crisis
- domestic and sexual assault services through violence prevention and victim services, supervised visitation,
- aging services to help older adults and their caregivers age well at home, and
- thrift stores where we transform donated goods into opportunity, investment and good environmental stewardship.
