Mission Statement

We uplift transplant patients through heartfelt care packages during hospital stays and host meaningful community events to celebrate and support their journey to healing.

Description

Royalty Transplant Foundation was founded by Tiara Holbert-Tolson, a two-time liver transplant survivor who turned her personal journey into a mission to serve others facing similar challenges. Our goal is to ease the emotional and logistical burdens transplant patients and their families experience before, during, and after transplant surgery.

We provide non-medical support such as temporary housing, hospital care packages, transplant anniversary gifts, and access to complementary wellness therapies like massage and meditation. We also organize community events to honor transplant journeys, raise awareness, and create safe spaces for connection and encouragement.

In just a short time, we’ve partnered with national brands like Build-A-Bear and Uber Health to deliver comfort and support where it’s needed most. Volunteers are a vital part of our mission-from assembling care packages to helping coordinate community outreach.

Join us in making a lasting impact on lives touched by transplantation.
