Position: IT & CRM Support Intern (Volunteer)
Location: On Site (Denver)
Department: IT / Data & Systems
Duration: 3-6 months

About the Role
We’re looking for an intern or volunteer who can assist with key support tasks across our IT and CRM projects. You’ll work closely with our Systems Analyst to help streamline workflows, test CRM features, and support process documentation. This is a hands-on opportunity to build experience in technical research, CRM testing (QA), and process design.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in brainstorming sessions for new features, automation, and internal tools
  • Support QA testing of CRM features (e.g., logging and verifying Jira tasks, testing form flows)
  • Conduct technical research on tools, integrations, or best practices
  • Help create flow diagrams and charts for existing or proposed processes (e.g., using Lucidchart, Visio)
  • [Optional] Assist with Power Apps testing and basic build-out tasks (experience is a plus)

Qualifications
