The closure of 7 Office for Civil Rights (OCR) offices drastically reduced its physical presence in many communities, making it harder for students, parents, and advocates-especially in rural and underserved areas-to access support. With fewer offices and fewer staff, investigations have became slower and less thorough, increasing the backlog and delaying justice for students facing discrimination based on race, gender, disability, or other protected statuses.

Center of Public Safety for Women (CPSW) has a MISSION to "Educate, Empower and Elevate" the Next Generation:
- Educate yourself with tools, stories, and resources that uncover what’s hidden.
- Empower your voice through community, training, and support.
- Elevate others by sharing your truth and inspiring change.
Our PURPOSE is to "Awaken the Hero Within" and Unify Individuals and Grassroots Organizations through our campaign to identify, confront and "Expose the Wolf" in their lives and communities.
Our CALL TO ACTION: Join us in our mission to Inspire People to Speak Out and Reclaim Power, because silence protects the wrong side.
